Finding good staff is the hardest part of farming right now. We recruit across the board — herd managers, farm assistants, contract milkers — from within New Zealand and, through the National Trade Academy, from overseas with trained, visa-qualified candidates. Every placement comes with proper pastoral care, because a hire that doesn't settle isn't a hire.
